TRANSIT FLY Review: Washington DC Ronald Reagan National Airport offers
one of the best transit options of any airport within the United States. With an
easy direct connection to the Washington DC METRORAIL System, Washington
Nation Airport allows passengers to reach the entire Metro system in a matter of
minutes. From Capitol Hill to Dupont Circle, and even the National Mall, popular
locations throughout the District are easily accessible via Metro. Passengers
living in suburban Washington DC can also take Metro to Washington National
and dramatically save versus parking at the airport by utilizing the park-n-ride
options available at several Metro Stations.

Where to Catch: The National Airport METRO Station has an
excellent connection directly to all airlines at Terminals "B" & "C"
(Newer Terminal). Passengers arriving at Washington National Airport
should simply follow the signs labeled "Metro" to the skybridge that
crosses over the airport drive and directly to the Metro Rail Station.

Passengers arriving at Airport Terminal "A" should proceed outside to
the airport curb and take any Airport owned bus labeled "Airport
Shuttle". Passengers should get off at either "Garage B" or "Garage
C" stops and then use the enclosed bridge that provides direct acces
to the National Airport METRO Station.

Where to Catch: Passengers should refer to the Metro information
(listed above) for directions on how to catch the train to/from
Washington National Airport. At Union Station passengers should exit
out of the METRO Station and proceed up a level to the AMTRAK
departure level (simply for the signs). SEPARATE TICKETS ARE
REQUIRED.

Passengers coming to or from National Airport via Northern Virginia
destinations can also take AMTRAK to Alexandria's KING STREET
Station and transfer to Metro Rail there. From King Street Station it is
only a 7 minute ride to/from National Airport METRO Station ($1.85).
