TRANSIT FLY Review: Located in between the two major Northeast cities of
Baltimore, Maryland and Washington DC, Baltimore/Washington International
Airport (BWI) offers many public transportation options allowing passengers from
all over the Chesapeake region to access its Terminals. One of our favorite
transit options at BWI Airport is the direct connection to the Airport Terminals via
the MTA (Maryland Transit Administration) Light Rail to and from Downtown
Baltimore. For Washington D.C. access the BWI Airport Rail Station serves
Amtrak and MARC trains going to Union Station and the Washington METRO
B30 Express Bus allows passengers direct access to the DC Metro rail system.
