About TransitFly.com
TransitFly.com was founded with a simple mission; help people find a way to
travel to and from the world's airports without having to drive.
TransitFly.com was launched in early 2008 by a long time elite-level flyer who
was tired of searching through hundreds of websites in order to find information
about transportation at the airports he was traveling to. We at TransitFly.com
have attempted to provide a website complete with information, links, and reviews
of all the available types of transportation at airports throughout the world.

Why Take Transit?
With the price of petroleum rising every month and the ecological damage caused
by driving becoming clearly evident, we at TransitFly.com feel that having
someone drive a passenger to the airport (thereby completing a roundtrip of
driving) simply for one person to travel no longer seems either sensible,
economical or a good use of time. Taking an Airport Shuttle, using the public
Airport Train or Bus, taking a Taxi, or passengers even driving and parking are all
a better use of time and less taxing on the environment. Many times however
finding information about the best way to get to an airport you're not familiar with
can be difficult - that's where we try to help.

Support the Mission
We hope those of you visiting our site will tell others if you find it useful and take
transit wherever possible. In turn we can all help to decrease roadway congestion
and improve the transit options we have available in our communities, because as
ridership increases the frequency and attention public officials pay to transit
becomes greater and greater.

TransitFly.com will be adding additional airports each month. We value our

airport" button on each page and hope to incorporate as user feedback as an
important feature of our site.
